At Just For Kids, we do not collect personal information on our website,
such as your name, address, e-mail address or telephone number, without
your knowledge. This information is collected only when you have voluntarily given it it to us at time ie: if you contact us via email. This information is used for the sole purpose for which it is intended.
When you place an
order Just For Kids will ask you to provide certain information about
yourself, such as your name, mailing address, or e-mail address. The
personal information you submit is treated as
confidential. We use this information to process your transaction, and
we share the information with Visa, Mastercard, Paypal etc. in order to
process your order.
Your privacy is very important to us here at Just For Kids. We will not disclose your Personal Information to third parties unless you have authorized us to do so and we will take reasonable steps to protect the security of the Personal Information we collect from you.
Orders placed Monday to Friday will be shipped within 24hrs of
payment being received. Orders placed on weekends, public holidays will
be shipped within 48hrs or the next working day.
We will not
deliver to a Post Office box or any address in which we deem suspicious.
We ship our goods using Post Haste for New Zealand deliveries and NZ
Post for overseas deliveries.
At this stage, unfortunately we do not ship products overseas.
Should
you feel that your goods do not arrive in good condition, please feel
free to contact us by email on sales@justforkids.co.nz. We are not responsible for
loss or damage to goods that are delivered to an incorrect address.
You may return any item you purchase in
new condition, unopened and in original packaging for a credit or full
refund less shipping costs within 7 days of delivery. Send us an email to sales@justforkids.co.nz quoting your name, reference number and reason for return. We will happily pay the
return shipping cost if the return is a result of our error. Any return
courier or postage charges are at your own expense.
